Register today for the October 2nd class to learn how to sew Surgi Dolls that help pediatric patients prepare for treatment during hospital stays
Join us on Monday, Oct. 2nd from noon – 2pm CT for an engaging virtual workshop where you'll learn to hand-sew a Surgi Doll, a charming and comforting companion distributed in healthcare settings by Project Sunshine.
Surgi Dolls are plain, body-shaped dolls given to young patients and used by medical staff to demonstrate what will happen during an upcoming procedure. Through Surgi Dolls, children can claim ownership of their treatment, decrease anxiety, and have a source of comfort during their hospital stay.

Please consider donating your dolls to Project Sunshine once you've completed them. Project Sunshine will send Surgi Dolls directly to one of their 475 hospital partners across the country. For donations of 10 dolls or more, Project Sunshine will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Simply request a shipping label at this link and drop your dolls off at your local UPS store.
